These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and any booking made through Mona Travels (UDYAM-GJ-01-0025564), CC-21, Shantinath Apartment, Opp. Bus Stand, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380051.

By contacting us or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Fares, availability and package details shown or quoted are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once payment is received and tickets or vouchers are issued. We act as a booking agent and bookings remain subject to the terms of the respective airline, hotel or supplier.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and may vary with fare classes, taxes and supplier charges. Full or partial payment may be required in advance to confirm a booking.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the policies of the concerned airline, hotel or tour operator, which may include non-refundable charges. Our service charges, if any, are separate from supplier cancellation fees.
5. Travel Documents
Travellers are responsible for ensuring valid identification, passports, visas and other documents required for travel. We assist with visa applications but final approval rests with the relevant consulate or authority.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or events beyond our control. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the service fee charged by us.
